My name is Ally Johnson. I am excited to accept the position of Executive Director of the Olivia Chamber of Commerce! I was born and raised in Brainerd, MN. After graduating high school, I attended Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Biology and Gerontology.
Our family has called Olivia home since July 2010. My husband works at the hospital. I have three school-aged sons. The oldest is a senior at BOLD High School, the middle is an eighth-grader at St. Mary’s Catholic School, and the youngest is a first-grader at St Mary’s Catholic School. When I am not running to kids’ events, I like to garden, can garden produce, read, and play the piano. I am active in our community through church and volunteering at both the high school (as assistant track coach) and St. Mary’s (as an accompanist).
I am looking forward to working with the Chamber Board of Directors as well as other community members to help support our local commerce. I believe that we have much to offer in this community and I can’t wait to help grow the Chamber of Commerce!
