The Olivia Chamber of Commerce had a great day on October 28th at BOLD2534 School with Big Ideas Inc Virtual Learning Lab! The students experienced welding, crane operating, excavating and safety harnesses! The students also had fun participating in a drum circle from Woodland Centers! Thank you to all who made this day happen! Southwest Initiative Foundation, White Birch Wind, Olivia Lions Club, B & D Market, Jahnke Water Service and Rob van der Hagen! It was a privilege for the Olivia Chamber of Commerce to expose students to the trade opportunities available in our communities! The trades are very important to our local communities! It is valuable for all to see and experience the options available within these jobs.
